the
next
few
weeks.

preserving
and
cataloging
the
collection. SRHA
President
John
Hawkins
and
Secretary
Dan
Sparks
signed
the
agreement
with
Jeff
Drobney,
Executive
Director
of
the
Southern
Museum
on
August
15th.
Also
in
attendance
was
George
Eichelberger,
SRHA
Archives
Director.
George
was
instrumental
in
negotiating
the
agreement.

Southern
Museum
of
Civil
War
and
Locomotive
History
is
the
home
to
the
General
(of
the
famed
Great
Locomotive
Chase
from
the
Civil
War)
and
the
Glover
Locomotive
Works
Collection.
Located
in
Kennesaw,
GA,
about
20
miles
outside
of
Atlanta,
the
museum
recently
completed
a
major
renovation.
