Our latest equipment purchase is
producing huge dividends!
Thanks to our Nikon Coolscan 9000 that
we purchased in 2007, we now have hundreds of scans of Southern Railway
Depots and other structures (including water towers, cattle pens, etc.).
To help make these into articles to
share with our members, we would like to have photographs to go along with
the drawings. The archives does have a number of ICC Valuation
photos, but we don't have photos of most of these structures.
We would like you to help us out!
Please dig into your collection and see what you've got. E-Mail your
digital images to depots@srha.net or mail your photos or slides to SRHA
Depot Project, P. O. Box 1077, Duluth, GA 30096. Please include the
date of the photo, to whom we should credit the photo, and of course the
location.
We are currently working on a database
that will list all the drawings that we have. Check back later for
this feature. |
